RESERVATIONS POLICY

All sales are final and NON-REFUNDABLE, similar to ticketed events such as concerts or sports games. Reservation date changes are allowed only with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled date and time. One date change per booking is permitted, subject to availability. No changes can be made within 48 hours of your confirmed reservation. The rebooked reservation must occur within one year of the original reservation date. The non-refundable prepayment covers the price of the food menu only per person. Beverages are not included and will be charged at the end of your visit. If the food menu price has increased since your original purchase, the difference will be added to your final bill. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A confirmed booking is your agreement to our terms and conditions. 

Dietary Information
We require allergy and dietary requests 24 hours in advance. Gluten free and lactose free available on request. For severe allergies, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. May contain traces. The vegetarian option will be served in cases of food restrictions (ie, if you do not eat a particular meat that is on the menu). We are unable to accommodate vegan requests. Food requests on the night cannot be accommodated.
